CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
Cancellations or changes to the date of the excursion must be requested by email, using the sender's email address from which the booking confirmation was sent.
- Changes and cancellations more than 48 hours before the day of the excursion: a full or partial refund may be requested. In the event of voluntary cancellations, the customer will be responsible for any possible administrative or processing fees.
- Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the excursion: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the excursion: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations on the day of the excursion: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the booking amount, with no further claim being admissible on these grounds.
We will always comply with any alerts or recommendations issued by the relevant maritime authorities.
Cloudy weather or rain alone will not be considered adverse weather conditions, provided that the maritime authorities have not issued any restrictions preventing the excursion from taking place.

- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled excursion time: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion time: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made on the day of the excursion: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the booking amount, with no further claim being admissible on these grounds.
